Our guidance, how-to guides and resources are written and reviewed by our team, in line with our key standards (including the DfE digital and technology standards, EdFITS principles and KCSIE).
Some of our tools use AI to help prepare a first draft. The AI Policy Builder, for example, uses AI assistance to turn a school's answers into a draft policy. A person reviews every draft before it is sent to you, and each draft lists the decisions your school still needs to make before adopting it.
The questions are about your school rather than about individuals, so please don't include personal information about pupils or staff in your answers.
We also use AI to help you search for and find relevant content.
To enhance the responsiveness of our support service, we are experimenting with AI-generated responses through the "Ask for Help" section. When you submit a query:
A human expert from our team will always follow up on your query, providing personalised, thorough support. AI responses will never replace our human team but will serve as an additional, immediate line of assistance.
We are committed to transparency. We will always tell you when AI has been used, and we never present AI-generated material as reviewed when it hasn't been.
If you have questions about our use of AI or wish to provide feedback on your experience, please contact us directly through the "Ask for Help" section.
Thank you for choosing Digital Confidence as your trusted partner in digital leadership.
